Yes. This will help coordinate your care between your doctors and myself. In addition, the prescription can provide valuable information that allows me to precisely tailor a treatment plan for you.

I recommend that you wear comfortable clothing (so that you have space to move around) and sneakers.

Each session is typically 45 minutes to one hour, however, shorter sessions can be accommodated based on your needs.

I bring everything that will be needed to work with you during your sessions. If you have resistance bands, foam rollers, weights, or other rehabilitation tools, we can use those as well.
We can also use the equipment in your gym, if allowed.

The recommended frequency of sessions varies based on the severity of your condition, individual goals, and the current stages of tissue healing. In most cases, treatment is scheduled 1-3 times per week over a period of 6-12 weeks. However, your plan of care is fully customized and tailored specifically to your unique needs, progress, and response to treatment.

To help you gain the greatest benefit from our sessions, I will send you a questionnaire prior to your appointment to learn more about you and identify your needs in order to personalize your treatment program. During your evaluation, I will listen to your unique story. We’ll begin with a detailed history intake to gain a clear picture of your current condition and contributing factors. This will be followed by a comprehensive physical examination and hands-on treatment. Together, we’ll also develop a personalized home program that includes targeted exercises and practical recommendations – such as ergonomic adjustments and sleep positioning strategies– to support your recovery between sessions.
